Special purpose machinery is the answer when a process is too specific, too fast or too precise for a generic machine. Karna Dynamics designs SPM from the ground up around a single task — a particular assembly, test, joining or handling operation — so it does that one thing faster, more reliably and more cheaply than any manual or general-purpose alternative.
Every SPM project starts with your part and your numbers: cycle time, tolerance, volume, footprint. From there our team handles mechanical design, fixturing, actuation, sensing and the control system as one integrated package. The result is a turnkey station that drops into your line and starts producing to spec.
Because we also build robotics, automation and vision in-house, our SPM is rarely 'just' a machine. Robotic loading, automated inspection and data logging are designed in from the start, so the machine doesn't only perform the operation — it proves and records that it did it right.
